About me.

After completing my degree in industrial engineering and gaining my first professional experience in international project management, I quickly realised that my health mattered more to me than my career. Tearing my own cruciate ligament, and then rehabilitating it successfully, also sparked my interest in rehabilitation and training.

So I enthusiastically started another degree, this time in physiotherapy, so that I could one day help people on their way to better health and a healthy lifestyle.

After a few years working as a physiotherapist in a private practice, I decided to do a Master’s degree in “Health Sciences and Technology” at ETH Zurich, specialising in movement sciences. There I was able to deepen my knowledge of video-based movement analysis, among other things. I had already written my Bachelor’s thesis on this topic.

In my next role as a therapy expert at an orthopaedic rehabilitation clinic, I put this knowledge into practice and developed rehabilitation protocols, among other things.

My passion for climbing led me, for a time, to head the office organising the 2023 IFSC Climbing World Championships in Bern.
Today I work in process consulting in the healthcare sector and am responsible for classification in Swiss Parasport. I also regularly travel with Para sport teams as a physiotherapist. Long days, long journeys, and no time for regular physiotherapy and training in one fixed place are therefore something I know first-hand.

And who do I turn to when I suddenly feel pain while travelling, but the next appointment with a doctor or physio is three weeks away?
To tackle these problems, I decided to build an online physiotherapy service. It is designed especially for business travellers and offers targeted rehabilitation with individual training plans, no matter where you are, what facilities you have, or how full your calendar is.
